DMCA Policy

About this policy
Scope TV is a pure media player: it ships with no channels or content, and only plays third-party Xtream/M3U playlists that you or your IPTV provider connect to your device. Scope TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), Scope TV will respond to properly submitted claims of copyright infringement relating to content accessible through a playlist connected to a Scope TV device.
Filing a notice of alleged infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content accessible through a playlist connected to Scope TV infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact below including:
(1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) identification of the material or playlist entry you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it; (3) your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Because Scope TV does not host, select or control the content served by third-party playlists, valid notices are used to identify and, where applicable, restrict the offending playlist source rather than remove hosted content.
