Terms of Use

Scope TV is a media player application for smart televisions and a companion web dashboard used to activate devices and manage playlist connections. Scope TV is a pure player: it does not sell, host, stream, resell or provide any television channels, video-on-demand content, playlists or IPTV services, and is not affiliated with any content provider.

The app ships with no channels, content or credentials built in. You (or your IPTV playlist provider) supply your own Xtream or M3U playlist connection details through the web dashboard; the app only plays what that playlist points to.

You are solely responsible for the playlists you add to your device and for holding all necessary rights and licenses to access and view that content. Scope TV has no visibility into, and no control over, the content served by third-party playlists you choose to connect.

You must not use Scope TV to access content you do not have the legal right to view, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your dashboard account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs on devices activated under your account.

A device is identified by its hardware MAC address / Device Unique ID. Activation binds a device to your account; you can add, replace or remove playlists from a device at any time from the dashboard.

New devices may receive an automatic trial period as described on the dashboard at the time of activation. Continued use after a trial or license period ends may require payment through the dashboard.

License terms, pricing and renewal are as shown on the dashboard at time of purchase and may change for future purchases.

You may not use Scope TV to distribute malware, attempt to bypass device activation or licensing, or interfere with the normal operation of the app, the dashboard or our backend services.

Scope TV is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality or content of any third-party playlist you connect to the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scope TV and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app or dashboard.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Scope TV after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
