Scope TV is a player application only. It does not include channels, content or a subscription — you connect the playlist you already have from your own provider.

Which VIDAA TVs are supported

  • Hisense televisions running VIDAA U4 and later.
  • Toshiba televisions running VIDAA, sold in Europe and Australia.
  • Other VIDAA-branded sets with access to the VIDAA app store.
  • Both 1080p and 4K panels.

VIDAA is Hisense's own operating system, not Android TV — if your Hisense set runs Android TV or Google TV instead, use the Android TV page. Settings → System → About shows which one you have.

How to install an IPTV player on a VIDAA TV

  1. 1

Install Scope TV on the TV

Open the VIDAA app store on your Hisense or Toshiba set and search for Scope TV.

  2. 2

Read the code off the screen

Open the app. It shows a device code — the MAC address of that television. There is no login and no payment on the TV itself.

  3. 3

Add your playlist from a phone or laptop

Enter that code here with your own Xtream Codes details or M3U URL, then restart the app on the TV.

What the VIDAA player does

Xtream Codes and M3U

Portal URL with username and password, or a plain M3U link. Both work the same way.

Live, movies and series

Three clean sections instead of one endless list, with fast channel zapping.

EPG and TV archive

A readable programme guide, plus timeshift to rewind what your playlist supports.

Parental lock

PIN-protect categories or individual channels.

Favourites

Keep the channels you actually watch one click from the home screen.

Multi-device

Manage every television in the house from one account.

VIDAA questions

Is VIDAA the same as Android TV?

No. VIDAA is Hisense's own operating system and has its own app store. Some Hisense models ship with Android TV or Google TV instead — those are covered by the Android TV page, and they are priced differently.

Does it work on a Toshiba TV?

Yes, on Toshiba sets that run VIDAA — mainly the European and Australian ranges. Toshiba models sold with Fire TV built in are covered by the Android TV page instead.

How much does it cost on VIDAA?

€4.99 per device for one year, after the 7-day free trial — the same Smart TV rate as Samsung and LG.

Do you provide the channels?

No. Scope TV is a player only. We do not sell, host or provide channels, content or playlists of any kind.

Which VIDAA version do I need?

VIDAA U4 or later. Settings → System → About on the television shows your version.
